So sorry you aren't happy with your purchase!
We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only within 7 days of confirmed delivery to the customer. All exchanges must be shipped back to us at the customers expense. Jewelry and sale items are final sale.To be eligible for exchange all items must be unworn, unused and original tags still in tact. We have the right to deny any return if the items are not in original condition (including damages). Items must be postmarked or have confirmation of ship within 7 days of receipt of order. Any returned items that do not meet this criteria, or is sent back after 7 days of confirmed delivery will be shipped back to the customer, at their expense.
We recommend that you send items back with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.Please understand that quantities are limited and different sizes/colors may not be in stock for an exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
